SAP and AI Developers (m/f/d) for our nearshore team in Riga

For a long-term project in the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, clean core) we are expanding our nearshore team. We are looking for senior freelancers based in Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics or the Balkans. Project language English.

Profile 1: ABAP RAP Developer

• 5+ years as a senior ABAP developer (ABAP OO, CDS, AMDP)
• RAP, managed and unmanaged
• Fiori Elements, REST and BAPI

Profile 2: Senior Agentic AI Developer

• AI agents for a self-service portal, from prototype to production
• LLM applications, MCP, tool calling, agent orchestration and RAG
• Integration with SAP S/4 and SAP BTP / CAP; Java, TypeScript or Python

Profile 3: SAP UI5 & React Developer

• 4+ years of product development with SAPUI5 and React
• CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, containers
• Agile way of working (SAFe)
